Struggling to Find the Best Mascara? Check Out My Ranking!
Did finding the best mascara also take you many years? If it did, then you can be sure I fully understand you. I’m familiar with the hated mascara flakes, clumping or unevenly distributed products. That’s the very reason why I want to share the names of the five mascaras that worked out great for me.
Check Out Mascaras That Never Let Me Down!
A foolproof mascara? Such a product does exist! However, finding one took me lots of time. I managed, and I want to share the best products with you.
1. Nanolash Mascara
The product I rank the most highly proved a game-changer for eyelash makeup. The Nanolash mascara is available in two versions:
- Nanolash Volume Up Mascara (volumizing mascara)
- Nanolash Length & Curl Mascara (lengthening and curling mascara)
Such a choice was the first thing that made me like the product a little more, however, there are many more benefits! The Nanolash Mascara is a safe and mild formula with lash-conditioning effects.
The mascara brush seems to have the perfect shape; made from silicone bristles, it takes just one stroke to apply the optimal amount of the product, also on the shortest lashes.
I also don’t have any objections to how long the Nanolash Mascara lasts. I can wear it all day without flaking and clumping. Simply put, it’s my ultimate favorite.
2. Lashcode Mascara
Lashcode is a thickening and lengthening mascara, and to be honest it’s quite similar to the Nanolash mascara. Here the brush is also silicone and well shaped, which is why we can count on precise lash separation.
Using the Lashcode Mascara, you can count on noticeably defined lashes from the first application, plus it’s long-lasting and doesn’t clump or smear even after a day of wear. These pros make it one of the best mascaras and I really enjoyed testing it.
3. Bobbi Brown Extreme Party Mascara
Another product on the list is the Bobbi Brown Extreme Party Mascara. The texture, speed of drying and shape of a brush are its biggest benefits. Generally, mascaras are made for getting us longer lashes. With this one I needed two coatings to achieve the effect.
If the mascara was longer-wearing, I would really like it. After applying the two layers, I noticed mascara flakes in the middle of the day. I’m not sure whether applying just one coating would help. The flaking was the worst thing that kept me from using the product again.
4. Guerlain Cils D’Enfer Mascara
Guerlain Cils D’Enfer is a little-known mascara but, tempted by the reviews, I gave it a try. It isn’t a bad mascara for sure; lashes are defined, lifted and longer. I like the brush with angled, thick bristles. It helps comb the lashes precisely and keep them from sticking together.
Too bad the mascara didn’t prove long-wear. I don’t mean flaking or clumping but the thing that happened on a rainy day… I reached the office with the panda eyes look. You can imagine fixing it took me a lot of time.
5. Rimmel Lash Accelerator Mascara
I was also intrigued by the Rimmel Lash Accelerator Mascara. It’s a widely available drugstore mascara. Its price encouraged me to buy. What about the results? I still have mixed feelings. It is long-wear, doesn’t smudge or flake, and I can’t complain about the speed of drying either.
However, the brush turned out to be a troublemaker. The bristles are rather stiff and not dense enough. This made me feel like there was too much mascara on the brush, sticking the lashes together. I couldn’t apply it on the corner lashes either. I guess it would be a good mascara if the producer changed the brush.
Summary
What can I say to finish the roundup? You need to realize that the perfect mascara is different for each of us. The Nanolash Mascara is my ultimate favorite yet I can’t guarantee it is for you.
I believe you need to test the products and decide which one works best to fulfill your needs. Doing so, you can be sure of finding your ideal mascara.
